Sounds like you need to look into a bit further. I would tell your landlord that you are n

ot happy about it and that you are getting the energy supplier come out and double check the meter readings.

You should not be having 3 meter readings for one supply. Some 3 phase meters have individual readings for each phase.

Do you know if you have a 3 phase supply? I'm guessing you have. (sorry if that sounds like I'm patronising you)

You can dispute the bill with the supplier so that they will come out and investigate/check the meter readings are correct. You could also claim that someone is getting free electric (even though it seems like you are paying for it all). They will be straight out if they think they are being robbed.

You could also ask a local sparky to pop in and take a look at the supply arrangements to see which unit is fed from which supply. Shouldn't take long.
