Our capacity could easily be extended by someone with enough wealth

Course we are hugely attractive other than perhaps the fact we have no debt and are in relatively rude health means we don't have owners who are desperate to sell and who will therefore sell us on the cheap.

The location is irrelevant. Staying in the prem will give them their returns.
