Is SAN over-thinking things

I wonder if he's trying a bit too hard to get the right formula for every match. I don't believe that Watford is such a good team that playing how we did against Arsenal wouldn't have yielded more success than creating a new system. It does seem that these rethought games are more problematical to us.
I'm always a bit of a 'don't change a winning side' person, and I know we only drew against Arsenal but it was a good draw. And I really did think that if we carried on in that spirit we'd get something from Watford, Everton and even Manchester. But not so confident now.
