I always here managers and pundits say

When teams are in a rut or playing badly you just pick your strongest 11 and battle threw and it will come good....

I personally think Alex Neil hasn't a clue what's the best formation and whose the best 11.

All this I've got a squad that fits many roles hasn't worked.... And won't work in my opinion, chopping and changing who he think he is the tinker man.

Just pick the strongest 11 and see what happens
