last season he was pretty much the difference. He was one of the best managers in the league and could out-think other teams and get the best out of players.
Now he's in a league with some of the best managers in the world, and he's only average. We can't rely on him to come up with great attacking systems - because other teams have better managers. In that situation the way to go is to keep the tactics relatively simple - i.e. set up defensively and try to capitalise on opposition mistakes.
