Not much wrong with what he said though

and I'm worried by Neil's tactical tinkering, and especially the astonishing u-turn since Newcastle. He always said he'd stick to his principles and give it a go. He gave up on them after 8 or 9 games, most of which we'd actually played really well in but undone by poor finishing, defensive mistakes (which are still happening anyway) or great goalkeeping.

He needs to have the courage of his convictions, or he's not yet ready to be a Premier League manager.
