Not the actual Square bit, that holds many happy memories for me, and I still patronise that Cinema above all others in the city. I mean the officey bit up the top, which looks Chernobyl-esque in its abandonment.
I'm guessing its full of asbestos else some developer would have had half of it down by now and some 'affordable' ?179,000 one bedroom des-reses thrown up already
