See it's the 'top side' bit that doesn't impress me. My 'hobby' of watching NCFC play

has seen me get very excited and up for games in L1, the championship and the prem. it's the 'top side' games I like least.

I hate their arrogance. I hate the fact that there will likely be arsenal fans (from Norwich?) near me who've bought a ticket for this game. I hate the fact we have to play at a different time to Sat 3pm, I hate the fact that we will most likely play in an ultra defensive way in order to even out the imbalances in the squad values... (Well actually 'hate' is probably too strong a word for it but I am at least irritated by it!)

I've never bought into this idea that playing the big teams in the prem is 'what it's all about'. It might be for the players and I'm proud off them for their achievements but for me as a fan, it's much more simple. I want an exciting game, where we play well and (preferably) win. Then I walk back home, through a buzzing city where everyone's happy!
