Any of those countries. There are ISIS operatives or supporters in all of those countries. Shit, there are something like 130 who have returned from Syria in The Hague alone. Most of those living within about a kilometre of me by the way. The local Kurdish shop keeper is pretty scared of them. I think they are more of a danger to (for examples) former fighters coming back and telling people not to go than to the general public.
