Long term yes, short term no. Completely understandable for a couple of weeks

Whilst resources are sorted out, plans are put in place using the latest Intel and using experience from Paris to change the ways we would react.

However your statement is right if thinking about the long term. We can't let them win by changing our lives and all becoming recluses, staying inside.
