I was trying to refer to Europe as a failure.

The union looked great in peace and economic good times. Then when the financial crisis it , it f**ked over Greece. Then with the refugee crisis it cant get its self to agree anything sensible. Then Merkel opens her arms and we now have chaos. The European Union has failed.
