these play-offs have really highlighted the problem with increasing the Euros to 24 teams. All the teams in them, except possibly Ukraine, have looked rubbish.

I think there's going to be a lot of one-sided games and dead rubbers in the finals, which stops the tournament building much momentum until the QFs.
