a decent number of the people travelling are not refugees.

Just look at the % that get turned down for asylum even in countries like Germany.

Its also probably unlikely that Terrorists would even apply.

Its obvious that groups like IS have probably used this migrant oppotunity to flood countries with terrorists.

Time will tell.
