Yup was dreadful yesterday. I only have to go up to the hospital once a month...

these days but waited 4 hrs only to be seen by a vol for my appointment who couldn't do blood work results. Doesn't matter hugely, but email comes a day later. Can't even call and say it really sods up other people with lifts and stuff. Almost kind of glad I'm long term ill rather than newly. Don't get severely mentally ill, if you do, chances are you'll kill yourself before you get help is the sad fact.
