Not as such

Short version:

- need to be reminded of my login to their online w**king due to new computer not having cookie
- the on-line version of doing this doesn't work
- have to call a number.
- 20 minutes later someone in Bangalore answers. Generates a new ID number. It doesn't work
- Then tells me that they need to generate a new passcode which will go out to me in the post.
- To the wrong address. I moved five years ago. I did tell them cos the statements all go to the right address.
- So now some random person is getting my online banking security details through the post.
- Meanwhile they can't change my address to where I actually live. Puts me on hold for 25 minutes trying to track someone down in India to fix it.
- They can't. So they tell me to call my "local branch number". Only there isn't one, it's an 0845 number
- Get through to a Geordie lass with a nice voice.
- She tells me she can't change my address either. Not for want of trying - she called about five different people to try and sort me out.
- Finally she tries to get hold of someone in the branch (Horsham) where I opened the account when I used to live there. Only now being two minutes past five the c**t's f**ked off for the weekend
- She can reset my passcode but not my address - so the passcode will go to the wrong address.

All because I wanted them to give me a simple number.

In a word - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
