Black and non black would-be managers.

Won't that show a clearer picture of the supply of suitably qualified candidates?

I understand though, that given the unconscious bias in football over many decades that Ralf is referring to, this may have put off a lot of black players to bother getting them.

It is strange though. It's clear there are very few Asian or female managers (actually none in the latter case I suspect) due to the lack of those minorities represented as players, however the % of black players is huge....
