Are these very same owners/decision makers biased against White English players?

If you want to use small sample size to prove a point then you could easilly say there is a bias there........ or maybe
(occam's razor) clubs just pick the best players they can get regardless of nationality, race or religion.

Is there a PL conspiracy to get rid of Scottish managers after all the sackings in recent years?

Ramsey was sacked for exactly the same reason Neil Adams was sacked.......underperforming with a decent squad of players.
