...no show 1 engineer turned up an hour late, didn't apologise when I opened the door to him but aggressively asked for a parking permit. We exchanged words before I slammed the door in his face and complained to BT...

No show 2 was this morning. Eventually 5 hours after the agreed time a nicer engineer arrived; basically one of the HDMI ports is buggered and the original engineer who installed it all hadn't tuned something in properly which has now been done and appears well...

BT customer service is the worse ever...
