it's not just the one mistake for me

it's the fact he has at best been average this season. He's made a couple of big errors and a few minor errors, but he also hasn't won us any games with superb performances. He hasn't done enough to take the pressure of our defence by commanding his area either.

If you had an outfield player that was putting in average performances at best - with a few bigger errors thrown in - they would be dropped. So should the goalkeeper.
