Reading the papers this morning can't believe that until now they have still had

A team of 29 Scotland Yard officers on the Madeleine McCann search.

Not belittling the case or the tragedy it is for her parents or saying they should just give up but a full time team of 29 on it 4 years on?

always find it amazing how the police can spare dozens or even hundreds of officers for something with a big media profile (eg phone hacking which was a ridiculously big team of officers or prosecuting djs who touched a girls ar*e 30 years ago) yet claim they don't have the resource to investigate if your house gets burgled!
