My pre-game experience of last Saturday, finally revealed.

I have breakfast early in the morning, then walk to the club's reception at 10:45am, to wait for the players to come in, because as I know from many of you here, the players must report to the club before 11:45am, if not they will be fined. What I can say before you read, was some of them were not good, some of them were unexpectedly great lad, and great great lad! The first one to arrive is my man at the moment, Dieumerci Mbokani, he was quite early to get into the club, even before 11am, there was rumor about he can't say English but no, he understand a little bit English, at least when I ask him when do I come from, to sign on the back of my shirt and take photo, he reply no problem and ok, but haha I still always think he need a bit of sleep.

The next to come was Ryan Bennett, he ask me are you alright before I ask him anything, a nice bloke and sign on my shirt. Well I know he should be happy today perhaps he know he was in the starting 11 on the day. The next player to come is Steven Whittaker, sorry I forget he's a former Gers as I didn't like Rangers, but he's nice to sign on the shirt and take photo; the next to come is Declan Rudd, he wasn't a surprise to know I'm from Hong Kong, and ask me have a good trip or not? He's nice and sign on my shirt. The next to come is Matt Jarvis and Gary O'Neill, as the later quickly disappear to the stairs, as they both in a hurry but of course it's only 15 minutes pass 11 only; I would not expect the next one was Lewis Grabban, he know where I from and a bit surprise, but he also ask me did I have a good flight to here, and ask me when did I go back? He said I should have a few games to watch before I go. He's a nice bloke which I did not expected.

The next one is Gary Hooper and sign my shirt and disappear quickly, when I see Nathan Redmond come, he was quite annoyed (from his face) after know I'm from Hong Kong, when I shake his hands to wish him good luck, he seems did not want to do and black face; nevermind, the next to come is Alex Tettey, he seems know I am here so I ask him did you still go to Twitter, but he say he did not go to Twitter anymore, I think that's mean, I also think before, his twitter account was not used by him, perhaps by his agent. He was a good lad; the next to come is Jonny Howson, you know what question I will ask him: "Why did you pick up the pigeon at West Ham?" He reply well I saw it on the ground so I pick it up! We have a good laugh and we take photo!

The next I saw it's two players, first was the man I said he was a "National League standard left back" Robbie Brady, I can promise you he did not know I criticse him, because he was always had a smile on his face. When he sign on the shirt, he asked our club captain to hold the shirt for him and signed, and when Russ sign the shirt, he did the same, I think I know the reason because he want the signature to sign in a better shape, he was a great lad because from his face and expression, I saw that, and what I feel was he was pleased I came from a long way to see them play. Let's be fair, I really don't favour any of his performance on the pitch after he joined us, but from what I see from that a few moment, also what he performed on last Saturday, I change my mind now.

I said I saw two players, the second one is Russell Martin, I said I am David Lee from Hong Kong, Russ instant reply was "Yeah I remember you, you went to Wycombe to see Holty (Gary Holt) a few years ago!" I was totally shocked, I did go to Wycombe to see Gary Holt but I did not even know he was there? Well of course my size and my face was so easy to remember. Actually Russ had to sign on 4 shirts, I had two Russ's shirt and other two was others, my Russ's s**t was last season play-offs final home shirt and away shirt this season for him to to sign, he sign all of them carefullyu, and when I ask him for photo, he said no problem! Russ asked me am I still big Holty's fans? Of course I said Yes.

The next to come is Andre Wisdom but he seems a bit lost, as he go to the wrong way to the main reception but no upstairs! John Ruddy come next and very nice to sign on my shirt and take photo. Cameron Jerome was the next to come and well, same as Nathan Redmond, he seems did not want to talk and disappear ASAP, he sign on the shirt and go, nevermind; the next to come was Martin Olsson, when I know I was from Hong Kong, he said you travel a long way to watch us and ask me how long the flight and when did I go back? I told him I had change to Qatar to Heathrow then Norwich, he saidh it's nice.

Graham Dorrans was the next as he sign on my shirt and take photo, it was nearly 11:40am at that time and I know he had to go. At 11:43am, I saw the Irish Messi, the clubs longest serving player, Wes Hoolahan, who hold his white Nike boot to come, when I told him can you sign on my shirt, he think for a second and said yes, so he put down his bag and shoes on the ground, I apologise to him sorry I will make you late, but, he also take photo with me, it was 11:45am and when he just go upstairs, I saw someone block his way and said "You were the last one and you are late!" Sorry Wes I think if I did not get you to sign my shirt and photo, you won't be fine, but oh! I was sorry and I would pay your fine to the clubshop, ok? I miss Bassong as it's too late when I asked Dorrans to sign the shirt but it's 11:40am now.

What I do next is I go back to the B&B, leave my shirts there and walk to Carrow Road again because as the Scrimmage show said, I had to get interviewed inside the clubshop, and of course I did. I walk to the clubshop, outside the Directors Enterance, I talk to one of the fans and saw David McNally, I was told before he was not a nice man and actually I saw him three times on the day, but everytime he seems walking so quickly and want to ignore anyone, also one of the tweet in the Scrimmage Show said he even ignore someone to say Hello to him at the street? But I think, he was one of the important man at the club, the CEO, perhaps I should say Hello to him, so, I just went in front of him and say Hello, amazingly he was so nice to reply and know who I am, and asked me did I have a pass to Gunn Club?

Of course I said I don't have any pass, and he said he will sort it out for me. Then, he think a few seconds, then said come with me, I follow him straight to the Directors Enterance, then go to the right door, and oh! That's Delia Smith! Delia said "Oh David, Nice to meet you and let'ss give a kiss!", Delia hug me and give me a kiss to my right face! Oh come on Daphne did not like that! (:-P) We talk about the Newcastle game, and she told me she had been to Hong Kong long time ago, but she can't remember the name of the very nice hotel at Repulse Bay, Oriental? Then she had a poke to her husband behind him, Michael Wynn Jones, Delia introduce me to Michael, I saw Michael and he asked me did I need a drink but I said no, and then, he said I saw you were coming to Norwich on the messageboard, and I said what, how did you know it on the messageboard? He said the Wrath of the Barclay! I asked him did he post or just watching? Michael said he did not post on WOTB but he occasionly watch the messageboard. That's 1:10pm.

I was a bit late to the interview and I have to apologise to Rob, then we did the intervew, then I walk around to the ticket office, finally I saw Alan Bowkett, he remember me of course because I saw him in Hong Kong two years ago in a meeting, he said next February he will go to Hong Kong for a few days because he had a factory in China, we'll meet again. That's all of my pre-match experience of last Saturday.
I think except a quick run to the Directors Enterance, I get the same treatment as all of the fans liked you and don't have VIP treatment, I am just, one of the fans. That's true experinece, except Russ nobody see me before, and I must say Good luck to no particular orders: Russell Martin, Roddie Brady, Martin Olsson, Jonny Howson, Wes Hoolahan, Lewis Grabban, Declan Rudd, Ryan Bennett, John Ruddy, Steven Whittaker, Dieumerci Mbokani, Alex Tettey, Graham Dorrans, Kyle Lafferty, Gary Hooper, Matt Jarvis and Sebaistan Bassong, Good Luck to all of you in the remaining of the seasons and EURO 2016.
