We are missing a Grant Holt, Malky Mackay, Ewan Roberts talisman in the team

The players are all too quiet, we?ve got no none on the field urging the players on, lifting their heads, encouraging them and getting greater effort.

Lafferty is that type and I think that O?Neil might be. Maybe we should find a place for one of them?
