is someone who can give the coaching staff a bit of a hand. It was always going to be a gamble to enter the Premier with a Manager and an Assistant with no experience whatsoever at this level and only limited experience in the Scottish Premier with Gary Holt. The likes of Pulis and Ranieri have been around a long time and know what it takes to win games in the Premier. Our trio are little boys in comparison - and it shows.
