Talked to a couple of West Ham lads when we signed him

and they said he was great at getting in the right position but his crossing was poor. They said he lost his place when defences realised he feigns to go to the by-line but then cuts back onto his right foot and 90% of the time hit a poor cross. I thought the Brady/Jarvis combination out left was good. The Martin/Redders combination was poor. I think Redders flatters to decieve and didn't work hard enough defensively today.
