that's one of the problems with playing Hoolahan

I know he's a bit of a sacred cow, and rightly so given how good he is for us at times.

But the way he plays means that you have to build the team around him, so when he has a poor game or isn't on top form we generally struggle a lot as a team. More so than when a player in another position is off form. He also doesn't score enough for a number 10, which puts more pressure on the main striker.
