He is definitely better than Hooper, Grabban and Jerome

I won't pretend I know if he's better than Mbokani, none of us do.

If any of those hit it first time they'd have made the wrong decision. What Rhodes did was better - he had say a 20% chance of scoring himself vs probably 70% for Lawrence.
