He is a grown man that carries soft toys around at all times

He reminds me of Tom hanks in that film BIG and I also think some of what he's trying to say is lost in translation (which was also a film!) he is a sandwich short of a buffet but that's why he's normal for Norfolk and we should embrace his eccentricities
