One good thing about the Dutch getting knocked out is that England are now seeded, which

means we can lose on penalties in the quarter finals to a lower ranked team than usual.

I am fully expecting Wales or one of the Irelands to perform this duty, making us wish we had never qualified in the first place.

Bizarre though. England (world rank #10) are in the top seeding group, with Wales (world rank #8) in the fourth.
