Check your home insurance policy, if you have legal cover it will be paid for by them

I used mine when I got made redundant (14yrs ago) as the company i was working for didn't do it correctly and it didn't cost me a penny and also didn't affect my "no claims" on my home policy.
They also used a very large national company and I got a good result.
