This is England with Spoilers

I'm not convinced that is the end, quite a bit left open still really. If I was to make a prediction at this point then I'm gonna say we'll get a This is England 96 in 2020. Expect... Britpop, Football and Cocaine.

As for last night's episode, it left me feeling they could have done a bit better. Shaun's storyline with the girl didn't seem to feel right and Kelly's heroin storyline was either unrealistic and/or not explained enough for it to come off as a convincing end to her story. I guess we can make up our own minds as to where Kelly goes from there though. The scenes with Lol and Woody, Harvey and Gadge and any with Combo in were top notch.

Overall from the film to last night's episode the series has been a brilliant piece of work where the chemistry between the main actors is unique, the storylines gripping and intense and the production and direction mostly spot on.
