He's been building for 3 years already. We were building nicely until the last six months

Then the Burgess thing messed up his thinking and he also messed up the whole Ford/Farrell situation.

The new coach is fortunate. Has the basis of a very good side/squad there with a proper flanker added to it (Armitage) and a decent prop instead of
marler.

Lancaster has to go though. Not even managed to win the 6 nations and the World Cup has been embarrassing.
