His confidence is infectious. And he backs it up with substance, you can tell he studies his opposition hard and is extremely strategic. No wonder players want to play for him (I think lewis was advised by his agent/people to do what he did at Rotherham) - but the respect is clear and he's earnt/earning it daily (SAN that is)

He's got a very bright future in football, really hope he stays for a long time at Norwich.
