It's tough to know what to do

Don't want to seem all arsey and American as accidents happen, especially to my 3yo who is a nutter haha. I also now work for the school in the senior end of it not the nursery end.

But procedures seem to be lacking and if it was another parent I'm sure they'd be taking action and questioning everything.
