what their Twitter answer means is that you can't collect train tickets at Heathrow, because it's not a national rail station.

Buy a train ticket from London Liverpool Street to Norwich, select to collect it at Liverpool Street (you do this at a machine using the credit/debit card you bought with, very easy). Travel from Heathrow to Liverpool street via Underground (piccadilly and central lines, change at Holborn) using an Oyster card (you can buy one at Heathrow if you don't have one).
