Next season that will change

We are staying up (well, we just are) and Priority One is to hang on to SAN. He'll face a different challenge again next year as the other teams will have worked us out to a far larger extent than they have so far. He can take this side a long way further yet if he sticks around for five years or so; even if it's only two or three we'll be in a great place. Not sure I like the scenario where he leaves next summer, though...
