pretty poor survey I'm afraid

eg. "Has this success led to any change in attitudes towards women?s football in England? "

Shouldn't that be a conclusion that your survey seeks to determine? You'd be better off asking for the respondent's personal views, i.e. whether or not the success has changed the respondent's own views. Otherwise all you are getting is someone's best guess as to what society's attitudes have done.

I'm none the wiser as to what that survey is trying to achieve or how you are going to get any meaningful results from it based on that set of questions.

But good luck with your dissertaion or whatever it is that you have to produce off the back of it.
