I'd be very happy with a point given the form West Ham are in

My worry is that we will set up like we did v Liverpool which basically just lets the opposition stop worrying so much about your attacking threat and leaves them free to concentrate on attacking

So I wouldn't pick the same team as v Liverpool, even though we got the point there. To be honest it was a slightly lucky point given the numbers of chances that poor striking/good defending/good goalkeeping stopped. We can't expect that every week.
