they were proper top notch last august when my wife collapsed getting off the plane and i can't speak too highly enough of the airport staff and firemen blokeys who administered first aid until the paramedic rocked up. wish they'd just plonk the airport improvement fee on the ticket price and be done with it though, nobody would whinge then. much.
