Sad to see that this kind of thing seems to be on the rise again

Like those Feyenoord fans who ripped up that fountain in Rome earlier in the year. I don't know, maybe I'm blinkered and it never went away (perhaps the media just stopped covering it), but it certainly feels like it's come back in fashion, at least in continental Europe.
