10 languages isn't that much.

There are schools with a lot more than that.

It makes a difference what measures the school can afford to put in place. Now we live in a country where schools belong to various trusts rather than a centralised system, it will vary what happens to those kids. The LEA schools, as they are "encouraged" to become academies, will suffer less funding as a result.
