Interesting what SAN said in a recent interview about Grabban, something along the lines of no player or group of players will ever be given more power than he will allow them

That translates to me to mean, do what I say and want (eg Seb) or f**k off

If it works then great, just hope the ones it might rub up the wrong way get on board or at least do not destabilitize the team morale etc
