I can't speak for anyone else but for me supporting a team

is about getting to like players and supporting them and wanting those that you like to stay at the club. It's great to have players you associate with or feel an affinity for. I have zero interest in the financial aspect. When Chris Sutton and Ruel Fox left as a child I was heartbroken. I don't remember my Dad saying "don't worry son, now Norwich's accounts look much healthier"

If Wes was sold for 20 million, I'd be absolutely gutted.

I never understand fans obsession with money? Most of it gets wasted anyway so surely you'd prefer your favourite players, the ones who just got us up, to stay and have a crack at the premier league?
