West ham paid Wolves 11 million for Jarvis 3 years ago

I know that doesn't make him a good player but more encouraging that someone obviously rated him that highly. While Mulumbu, Brady, Jarvis and Mbokani have improved squad, still find no centre back signing a bit of a worry - I thought Turner was better than Martin at CB anyway.
