if we can't attract *decent* players to come here when we are in the prem then we might not be able to get the players we need to get us back.(Ironically these players would be the ones we sold/let go etc)

Take Bristol. They had a bid of ?10m accepted by palace for Gayle but he didn't want to play in the championship.
