Alex Neil is proper alpha. He earns respect and the players say he made a quick impact on them as soon as they met him. First impressions and all that. Glad to see they mostly (Grabban and agent excepted) know that it's not a smart move to mess with SAN - probably a silver lining to the Grabban affair that it sends out a very clear message/warning to the current crop/future City players, do not mess with the ball breaker because he won't be forced into submission
