If it happens I'll be really pleased. He is a proven quality striker, similar style to Drogba.
Last season wasn't a bad season in terms of his form. But he started with a hip injury + didn't play a game until November. Resumed scoring goals straight away. Then went to African Cup of Nations, performed well + scored important goals, was included in the team of the tournament (up front alongside Wilfried Bony). Afterwards, I think he had a slight injury and then Dynamo Kiev decided to use other options and kept him on the bench most of the rest of the season.
He would be a very good fit for us. Similar attributes to to CJ, much better finisher than Grabban.
Will need to pass a thorough medical. If he's OK, and the deal goes through, then I'll be very excited.
