horrific cases, of ordinary people being shot by other ordinary people or by police, but it certainly seems a rising trend. It's baffling why everyone having the right to bear arms should make anyone feel safer. The only way that could happen is if you get your retaliation in first. That seems to be how the police view it, but it's a shaky concept to me.
