I have a plan regarding transfers but not many will agree with me

it's quite simple, the rules need to be changed and I can't see that happening.

transfer fee have to be paid in full at the time of signature. non of this add ons bollox. the money that pays for this has got to be legit earning and not hand outs or loans from owners or sponsors, Cold hard cash.

Loans. Players cannot go on loan to a club in the same division. The club who holds the players registration pays the wages. Clubs are only allowed to loan in or loan out 2 players.

needs work but I reckon I'm right
