yes - 2 routes

route 1 - the Dunwich Dynamo route from near Liverpool St to Dunwich (of course) but easy to spin off north when you get to Needham Market to head for Narridge. Try online for the detail - like User Posted Link
route 2 - (less useful?) from Harrow to norwich - via A1 (theres a cycle line to get you going and over it), Hertford, Saffron Walden, Risby (to get you over the A14, round Thetford, Banham, Mulbarton, Narridge)
