Internal interviews by equal opportunities employers have to be the worst idea ever.

They may as well say "we know your good at your job and you've applied for it, and you should get it, but we've decided you can't have it unless you answer our pointless questions and you aren't allowed to mention your current job as examples, and basically, you've got no chance cos we've actually made sure your at the biggest disadvantage on purpose"
